Our Boxercise afterschool club sessions are a high-energy way for kids to stay active while learning fundamental boxing techniques in a safe, non-contact environment.
Combining fun drills, cardio, and strength-building exercises, Boxercise helps improve fitness, coordination, and self-discipline. Perfect for burning energy, building confidence, and having a blast!

Our Gaelic football afterschool club introduces kids to one of Ireland’s most beloved sports in a fun and engaging way. Through skill-building drills, team games, and plenty of practice, children develop their passing, shooting, and tackling abilities while improving fitness and teamwork.
Each week, kids compete in our exciting Road to Croker challenge, earning their way toward the ultimate goal—reaching Croke Park, the home of Gaelic games. It’s a thrilling journey that fosters determination, sportsmanship, and a deep love for the sport, all while creating unforgettable memories!

Our Basketball afterschool club gets kids dribbling, passing, and shooting their way to success! Gymnastics
Our Gymnastics afterschool club helps kids build strength, balance, and flexibility while having a fantastic time! From tumbling and balancing to creative routines, children develop their coordination and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
Each session is a step toward mastering skills and reaching their personal best, with fun challenges along the way to keep them motivated and inspired.

Archery
Learning to swim is a process that depends on the mastery of a progression of skills. We crafted our swim class curriculum to help swimmers of all ages and skill levels master the five developmental components of swimming: comfort, coordination, technique, endurance, and speed.
Youth Swim
Our youth swim programs include age-based group classes, private lessons, swim leagues, and a competitive team.
Adult Swim
Our adult swim programs include instructional classes, private lessons, and a competitive team.
Adults
Water Exercise
Water exercise classes are a great way to get a low-impact workout in the pool. Pushing and pulling arms and legs against the resistance of the water helps build strength without putting stress on joints.
Please note
- Classes are 50 minutes. Members are able to book multiple classes per day.

- The teaching and exercise pool temperature ranges from 89 to 92 degrees. Both pools are handicap accessible.
