Thank you for choosing Healthy Kidz! To ensure a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for all children, we ask parents/guardians to carefully read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions before registering their child.

1. General Expectations

By enrolling your child in a Healthy Kidz programme, you agree that they will follow the programme’s Code of Conduct, which promotes respect, positive behaviour, and safe participation.

Healthy Kidz reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, with any changes communicated in advance.

2. Behaviour and Conduct

Zero Tolerance for Bullying: Bullying of any kind – physical, verbal, or emotional – is strictly prohibited. If a child is found to have engaged in bullying, appropriate actions will be taken, which may include suspension or removal from the programme.

Unacceptable Behaviour: Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Repeated or serious incidents may result in removal from the programme.

Healthy Kidz staff will address any incidents promptly and fairly, keeping parents/guardians informed of any concerns.

3. Attendance and Participation

Punctuality: Parents must ensure their child is dropped off and collected promptly at the scheduled times. Late pick-ups may incur an additional charge.

Health and Wellbeing: If your child is unwell or unable to attend, please inform programme staff as soon as possible.

Engagement: Children are expected to actively and positively participate in activities and to follow instructions from Healthy Kidz staff.

4. Safety and Supervision

Healthy Kidz prioritises the safety and wellbeing of every child. All activities are supervised by trained staff, and children must adhere to safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to inform Healthy Kidz of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs at the time of registration to ensure appropriate care can be provided.

5. Equipment and Facilities

Children must respect the equipment and facilities provided. Parents may be held responsible for any damage caused by intentional misuse.

Healthy Kidz cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the programme.

6. Communication and Complaints

Parental Communication: Parents/guardians are encouraged to contact programme staff with any questions, concerns, or feedback.

Incident Reporting: Should any issues arise involving your child, Healthy Kidz will contact you promptly to discuss the matter and agree on appropriate steps.

7. Payment and Cancellations

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.

Healthy Kidz, we aim to accommodate families whenever possible. If your child is unable to attend a booked session due to unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to issue a refund or credit for future sessions, provided we are informed in advance. This ensures we can manage resources effectively and offer the space to another participant.

However, we cannot provide refunds or credits for absences caused by reasons beyond our control. For example, if your child is unable to attend due to a school event (e.g. a class trip), illness on the day, or personal commitments, refunds will not be issued. We encourage parents to review their child’s schedule carefully before booking to avoid any conflicts. Where the whole school is affected by a school closure, we will either add an additional session at the end or offer credit/discount code for future sessions.

8. Agreement to Terms

By registering your child for a Healthy Kidz programme, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that failure to adhere to them may result in consequences, including the removal of your child from the programme without refund.
